Boost for the landlords

Two Bristol companies are teaming up to offer a new kind ofservice to people who want to cash in on the city's property boomand become landlords.

Estate agent and chartered surveyor Maggs & Allen is working withAlan Bailey Letting and Management, of Whiteladies Road, to offer anew onestop buy-to-let package.

It means that people who are interested in investing inresidential property can go to either of the firms.

The package includes a buy-to-let survey and advice on properties'values as well as information on letting, from how much propertiesare worth and what rents can be charged for them, to the best areasto buy in.
