NSW:Woman spends three days trapped under car

A woman has spent three days pinned under a car in NSW's Riverina region.

The 45-year-old crashed her car on Christmas Day, sending it plunging down an embankment
in Tumut.

The car came to rest on its roof - with the woman's leg trapped underneath.

A local youth heard her cry for help last night and called emergency services.

The woman was flown to Canberra Hospital, where her leg was amputated.
