WA; Gunman captured in Perth suburb

PERTH, Aug 19 AAP - A man wanted over the killing of a 21-year old woman and who helda number of people hostage today in Perth and its surrounds has been captured by police.

Police swooped on 31-year-old Russell James Mitchell as he travelled in a taxi in NicholsonRoad in the Perth suburb of Langford, soon after releasing a 15-year-old girl hostage.
